Complete the following reservation form, then mail your deposit ($40 per person) to

or fax 828-669-9554 with your Visa or MasterCard number. Your reservation is not complete until deposit is received.

A discount of 5% will be deducted from your total if you pay in full 60 days before the conference begins and you do not have any changes. If you pay in full and then have changes later, you will be charged the 5% plus a $20 service fee. Cancellations before the 60 days will lose the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel during the 60 days before the conference, the meal charge will be the only deduction made to your account. If you arrive at the conference with fewer people and without prior written notification, you will be charged the full amount of housing and meals.

Each room is furnished with two twin beds. Rates are per person/per day and are determined by occupancy:
      Twin room=Double occupancy
      Single room=Single occupancy
Linens, towels, washcloths, and small soaps are provided. Maid service daily.
