Tutor / Supervisor Ethics

You are accountable to your supervisor for providing your best tutoring services as well as for completing any necessary bookkeeping and record keeping that your center requires. And just as the confidentiality of students who visit the center should be respected, so, too, should the confidentiality of your supervisor be respected. If your supervisor shares with you personal information, or information about a student that might enable you to conduct a more effective tutoring session with that student, don’t share this information with others.
